1. Hold the bandage with the roll end facing up.
2. Hold the loose end of the bandage in place with one hand. With your other hand, wrap the bandage twice around the foot. Always apply the bandage from the outside in.
3. Wrap the bandage around the calf and make a circle upward toward the knee. Stop the foreskin below the knee. You don't need to wrap a bandage around your calf anymore.
4. Secure the bandage end to the rest of the bandage. Do not use metal clips where the skin folds or wrinkles, such as behind the knees.
